Our 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
We offer a convenient 7-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
Unused and in Original Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or show any signs of tampering for hygiene and quality control reasons.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or invoice number).
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
Items returned after the 7-day return window has expired.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event (unless faulty).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Please provide your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Assessment: Our team will review your request and may ask for photos or additional information to assess the product’s condition.
Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your product back to us. Please do not send items back without an RA number, as they will not be accepted.
Packaging & Shipping: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds (for Returns):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process for your original item and then place a new order for the desired product. If the exchange is due to a faulty or incorrect item shipped by Nexapure.store, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will swiftly evaluate the problem and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs incurred by you.
